The EventZingo team approves listings before they are posted. Please fill out the form to tell us about your business, and we will give you feedback. Often our team will suggest ways to tweak an existing experience into something eyebrow-raising - we have helped businesses create glow-in-the-dark yoga and blacklight soccer tournaments. We also make sure that pictures are high quality, crisp and accurate.
EventZingo is a very visual site. Without great pictures, people will move on to the next idea. Since businesses may not have a budget for high-end photography, we have decided to help them by taking great photographs ourselves by bringing a staff photographer to take photos of the space or of an event.
We'll tell you! Transparency is one of our core values. Every business receives a report telling them how many people are interacting with each listing, and in what ways. This way when you change a photo or price, you'll be able to measure the impact on your listing.
We prefer a year commitment so you can see the benefit of the site. Most private events are booked months or years in advance. But if you need to cancel, we'll understand!
